This was a pretty good paranormal romance. I liked the idea of one female wolf with multiple mates. Seems it like it can be an intense romance and action novel. The first book was more so plot setup and background information about the main character Harper.
Harper was an orphan at the age of 5. Her family was murdered and she was left for dead. Harper is an amazing, strong female character. I loved everything about her and how protective she was with the wolves. Her she-wolf Reika was so darn funny, she was stunning too.
Ian was so dang adorable! He was the wolf who saves Harper. I loved how amazing he was. Very strong and determined to protect Harper.
The romance was interesting. I enjoyed Harper and Ian together. They grew up as friends so adorable! I loved their mating scene as well. The whole romance between Carter and Harper took me by surprise. I am intrigued to see how their romance plays out in the coming book. The idea of Harper with six guys is absolutely intriguing. Excited to see her romance with them all.
Carter is the alpha of the pack and an asshole with major anger issues. I always thought he disliked Harper for some reason, but finding out the truth was interesting.
The other wolves in Harper's pack were so sweet!! Dolly was the perfect foster mother. Finding out exactly who she was blew my mind. Officer was cool. I loved him as a father figure for Harper. Rogan, Rick and Sam were all dicks. I hated each of them.
That ending was insane. Left me with questions. Excited for the sequel.
