Hello book nerds!
Back at it for Day 3 of Bout of Books round 23. I can't believe how much reading I'm doing even though I have a ton of work to do. I am very proud of myself. Doing this readathon is reminding me of how much I can really read in a week.
For those of you who have never heard of Bout of Books, here's some quick info about it:

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda Shofner and Kelly Rubidoux Apple. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 20th and runs through Sunday, August 26th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 23 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

Challenge
Who are your favorite literary bad guys? Can be a villain, a not-so-good-guy, or anti-hero.Hmm, this required me to really think about the books I've read. I decided to share 5 of them:
- Sorcha from The Falconer by Elizabeth May. As I have just finished this book, I have to include her. She is an evil, twisted fae that likes to play mind games with my babies Aileana and Kiaran. I hate her and I hope she dies in one of the next two books.
- Rajah Tarek from The Hundredth Queen by Emily R. King. Another book I finished during this readathon. Rajah Tarek is a major ass-hole who only wanted his first love back by killing many others. He didn't have any love for anyone. He was a twisted man through and through.
- Mr. Shaw from The Retribution of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkins. Who wouldn't hate a father that uses their child for their own twisted reasons?! I hated him!
- Anima from The Queen of Zombies by Gena Showalter. A killer through and through with a twisted mindset of "saving" humanity.
- Zach and Demetrius from The Beautiful Ashes by Jeaniene Frost. They were both evil, stupid and annoying.
These are just some of my few favorite literary villains. I recommend each book that I mentioned as they are all good.
