Once again, I am blown away by Sophie and Lucien. This book is much more vulnerable and still filled with hot, steamy sex. I was so happy for the both of them at the end. Matilda sounded like an adorable girl. As for Dan, he seriously should throw himself off a bridge for being not just a shitty husband to Sophie, but also a terrible man in general. I liked that this book delved deeper into Lucien's personal life and his objections to love. It was such a profound finding to learn about his past. Loved this book and can't wait to read the next one, Knight & Day. I need these two to seal the deal and get married!
